By creating a KilusNaID account or using KilusNa, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Registration is not complete until you tick the acceptance box on the sign-up page — that tick is your electronic signature on this agreement. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform. You must be at least 15 years old (or the age of digital consent applicable to you) and legally able to form a binding agreement; accounts for younger users require a parent or guardian.
KilusNa is a citizen-powered platform for transparency and accountability in the Philippines. Reports, discussions, and videos are user-generated content. KilusNa provides infrastructure for evidence-based discussion — sourcing, verification, correction, and dispute — and does not declare ultimate political truth.
Share information you believe to be true, provide supporting evidence, and respect the privacy of uninvolved people. Do not post hate speech, harassment, threats, or content you know to be false. Unverified assertions about identifiable people may expose you to liability under Philippine libel and cyberlibel laws. Prefer sourcing to existing public records (court orders, audit reports, official statements, reputable reporting) over bare accusations.
Content may be labeled DOCUMENTED FACT, CLAIM, ANALYSIS, OPINION, or UNVERIFIED. A CLAIM is not a finding of guilt. Fact-checker verdicts reflect the evidence available at review time and can be corrected.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant KilusNa a license to display and distribute it on the platform. Structured metadata you add (persons, cases, locations, topics) helps fact-checkers verify reports.
Verified accounts, fact-checker reviews, credit scores, and community reports keep the platform trustworthy. Violations may lead to reduced visibility or account action. Moderators cannot be instructed to remove factual information merely because someone influential complains; removals follow published policy or lawful orders. People mentioned in reports may submit corrections, documentation, or statements through available dispute channels; a dispute does not automatically delete the post.
KilusNa responds to lawful Philippine process through a documented procedure: authority validation, scope review, data minimization, and audit logging. Material under a legal hold cannot be deleted until the hold is released.
Content on KilusNa is not legal advice. For official complaints, use the proper government channels.
These terms may change before and after launch; material changes will be announced on the platform.
